Colombia Bariatric operates colombiabariatric.co. This policy explains what we collect and how it is used.
What we collect
- Information you send us via the contact form (name, email, phone, location, procedure interest, message) or by WhatsApp or email. We use it to respond and, where relevant, to connect you with resources or providers you have asked about.
- Analytics — we use Google Analytics to understand site usage (pages viewed, approximate location, device type), which may involve cookies. You can block them in your browser or use Google's opt-out tools.
Health-related information
We are not a healthcare provider and do not provide medical advice. Anything you share about your health is voluntary and used only to point you toward relevant resources. Please share only what you are comfortable sharing — detailed medical history, records, and test results belong with the surgical team evaluating you, not with a publisher. We do not request or want clinical documentation.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not send marketing you did not ask for. We share contact details with a provider or resource only when that is the purpose of your request.
Third-party links and affiliates
We link to other sites in our network and to third parties, and some links are referral or affiliate links (disclosed on our About page). Those sites have their own privacy policies.
If you contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation is governed by WhatsApp and Meta's terms and privacy policy in addition to ours.
Retention and your choices
We keep correspondence as long as needed to help you and for our records. To have your information deleted, email andy@colombiamedical.co and we will take care of it.
